Pakoras.

Potatoes, carrots, beans, courgettes, peppers, cauliflower, sliced or grated and mixed. Use whatever vegetables you’d like.

 

gram flour.

salt.

water

garam masala

chilli powder.

 

Mix the veg in a large bowl.

Add flour and spices to taste, and then add enough water to make a thickish batter, with practice you can get this quite light.

Deep fry either slices or spoonfuls (depending on how you’ve chosen to make them) in hot oil till golden brown.

Eat whilst hot with chutney or ketchup.
